To protect against fraudulent activity, the App may read the package names and installation status of other apps on your device. No content, messages, credentials, or usage history from any other application is ever accessed. This information is used solely for fraud prevention.

2.4 Camera Permission

Uploading identity documents requires camera access. Images are encrypted at the point of capture and transmitted directly to server.samvitloan.com for verification. They are permanently deleted once verification completes. The camera is never activated without your explicit action.

2.5 Location Access

With your permission, approximate location data may be used to confirm that our service operates in your region. Precise GPS coordinates are never collected or stored. Location information has no bearing on credit decisions or advertising.

2.6 Usage Analytics

Aggregated, anonymised data describing how the App is used — session patterns, navigation flows, and error events — informs our ongoing efforts to improve performance and user experience. No individual user can be identified from this data.
